ArtCreations.com is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
Prior to returning any item(s) to artcreations.com, you must receive authorization from our Customer Service Department. To request authorization please send e-mail to orders@artcreations.com with the following details:
1. Order #, First & Last Name
2. Item #(s) you want to return
3. Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, or received duplicate item
4. Specify what action you would like us to take for you: Replacement or Credit Note?
5. Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions.
Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of your credit note. You can expect to receive a credit note within 7 business days of artcreations.com receiving your returned item.
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, its value will be included in the amount of the credit note which you may use against the balance on a future purchase.
Please note: artcreations.com reserves the right to refuse a refund request under certain circumstances and will provide a full explanation following our decision.
